Assessment
Our technician checks the fabric type, the condition of the upholstery and any existing marks or damage. This determines the pressure, moisture and products used, and it is also the point at which we flag anything that may not fully lift.
Thorough Vacuuming
Cushions are lifted and the whole piece is vacuumed, including seams, crevices and the frame beneath. This removes loose fur, grit and dust so the extraction stage is not working through a layer of dry debris.

Linen & Cotton Blends
